Under no circumstances will this Puppy be sold, leased, or given to any pet shop, or
research laboratory. Puppy is not to be resold with out breeder’s permission. If for some reason you cannot keep the pup, or care for the puppy. The puppy should be given back to the breeder, at no cost to the breeder.

This puppy is guaranteed healthy upon selling:However a veterinarian examination is required within ______ days. If the puppy is believed to be sick, you will return this puppy back to us, and we will either replace it with a comparable puppy or will return this puppy back to you in good health. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any outcomes or costs associated with veterinary treatment carried out by you, without our prior approval. This dog/puppy is not guaranteed for temperament. This puppy is not registered. This puppy is being sold as a pet, and should not be bred.

This puppy is guaranteed for LIFE THREATENING HEREDITARY AND CONGENITAL DEFECTS for one year. We will replace the puppy, not refund money. Autopsy and vet reports are required for replacement.
